Hi, I'm Duncan
Wrought Web is just me: a one-person web design and hosting service in Coleraine, working with small businesses across the North Coast and beyond. No team, no account managers, no ticket queue.
I started this because the same thing kept coming up: business owners with a website that was out of date, run by someone who never replied, or didn't exist at all, while agencies wanted thousands for something that didn't really fit.
So this is the opposite of that. Plain pricing, a short turnaround, and a real person to talk to. I build the kind of website I'd want for a business of my own.

How much does it actually cost?
£99 to build the site, then £25 a month to host it and keep it looked after, or £270 a year if you'd rather pay annually. 3-month minimum, then cancel any time with 30 days' notice. No hidden fees.
How long until my site is live?
About a week from when you've sent back the questionnaire. Then there's time for you to review and ask for changes before it goes live.
What if I don't have all the content ready?
That's normal. Most people don't. The questionnaire walks you through it, and if writing isn't your thing, I'll help shape the copy. No professional photos? That's fine too. We can use what you have or pick something appropriate.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Your text, photos, logo, and domain belong to you and always will. If you ever leave, I'll send you your site's files and transfer the domain to you. The underlying website framework I built it on stays mine, but the parts that are about your business are yours.
What if I want to cancel later?
After the 3-month minimum, just give 30 days' notice (an email is fine). I'll take the site offline at the end of the notice period and send you an export of your files. No exit fees, no awkward conversations.
Can my customers book online or buy from the site?
Booking: yes. Buying: no. I can link your site to a booking system like Cliniko or Square so customers book straight into your calendar. What I don't do is build a full online shop with on-site payment processing. That's a different kind of project, and there are services that already do it well.
Do I have to be near Coleraine?
No. The whole process works over email and a phone call, so anywhere in the UK or Ireland is fine. Local clients sometimes want to meet for a coffee, which is always welcome.
